A note from Angélica:
“We all need community now more than ever, but for artists, community is a literal lifeline. I created Songcraft.co because I find songwriting to be one of the most powerful bridges to self-discovery and self-healing, which only multiplies when done in community.
My mission is to nurture and empower aspiring artists by creating true and sustainable access to much-needed community, mentorship, educational resources, and opportunities in the music and arts space. I am particularly committed to nurturing and fostering opportunities, collaboration, and mentorship to aspiring female-identifying artists and producers/songwriters/engineers. It is important to me to not only collaborate with, build, and amplify voices of other female-identifying artists and creatives, but also to provide tools to aid in navigating an industry and career that is truly challenging and complex, especially for women and those who identify as such.”
